Say what? Unity have brewed a TIPA?! Oh yes

We said we would never do it, we say a lot of things to be fair but when a great idea presents itself to us, there's no way we're saying no. We've been talking about doing a bigger version of Collision for a long time, maybe just double dry hopped? Or maybe a double IPA version? Those were good ideas but Collision deserves more, so we went all the way.

Super Collider, our first TIPA is available on the webshop now and in our Taproom from Thursday. It's Collision after consuming way too much Beefcake 5000, a big 10% Spelt IPA hopped with Mosaic and Columbus. It's all juicy mango, bright citrus, rich honey and a little sweaty dankness. Just enough bitterness to remind you of the silly amount of hops we put in keeps it all together.
