This Should Have Been On Cask | Red Ale 4.4%
Limited edition collab with our friends at Portcullis Brewing Co. One small batch. Once it's gone, it's gone.
This Should Have Been On Cask is a 4.4% red ale, a modern twist on a traditional classic. Loads of deep malty flavour from crystal and caramalt, with an all-UK hop bill of Jester, Ernest and Cascade. So good we put it in cans and kegs... though it really should have been on cask.
About Portcullis
Co-founders Elliott and Phil struck up a friendship and started brewing special batches together for the Portcullis Taphouse. Customers loved them, so they did the crazy thing and started their own brewery. Portcullis Brewing Co was founded in February 2024 and brews from a shipping container tucked out the back of the Taphouse.
