Maison Neuf, or “House Nine”, is the name given to European shaped 9 gallon casks. It’s also the name we gave to this beer! Full of farmhouse vibes and funk, we’ve used some Bouclier, Ernest and Most hops, a French/English mix up, with Belgian yeast. Very continental!
