We have joined forces with our good friends Burnt Mill Brewery for the third year of brewing our mega BIG THAW collaboration. For this year’s iteration we’ve used our classic Belgian/German Pils malt blend, with a light dose of Cara50 malt, then hopped with El Dorado, Citra, Chinook and a touch of Simcoe. Bitter, resinous, piney, candied peach, familiar.
