May Provisions is our new side-project, focusing on small-batch Continental and traditional beers, paying homage to foundations that have allowed craft beer to bloom.
The second mixed fermentation release from May Provisions is a blend of two different spring Saisons aged in four Sauvignon Blanc barrels with Brettanomyces for over a year.
The result is a complex, delicious beer with funk, body and spritz. Wrapped up with aroma and notes of lime, wine and gooseberry and the unmistakeable Saison yeast ester.
