Amalgamation is a mix of ideas, part triple, part Belgian IPA. We start off with a classic triple recipe and then ramp up the bitterness and add a big charge of dry hops. To keep things interesting we use a different hop variety to dry hop each batch.
Batch two (July 2017) is dry hopped with UK Chinook
Batch one (Feb 2017) is dry hopped with Mosaic.
